You can use olive oil, argon oil or coconut oil and heat it up before massaging it on your scalp. Gently massage the oil into your scalp for up to 10 minutes before rinsing the oil with warm water.  You can also allow the oil to soak into your hair for an additional 30 minutes. To keep your hair damage free use a deep conditioner. Since damaged hair does not grow as well as healthy hair, you will have to make sure that you repair your hair follicles to increase the rate of hair growth using a deep conditioner. According to your hair type choose a hair conditioner and apply it post shampooing your hair and then rinse it with cold water.
